Currently, KIVROX ships orders exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
In-Stock Items: All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Group Buys / Pre-Orders: Important: Group Buy and Pre-order items are made-to-order. Please refer to the specific estimated shipping date on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): Usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high volume seasons.
PO Boxes: Please note that some carriers (like UPS or FedEx) may not deliver to PO Boxes. If possible, please provide a physical street address.
Damages in Transit: KIVROX is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy): If your tracking status says “Delivered” but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. KIVROX is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
