The “Group Buy” & Pre-Order Clause
Nature of Group Buys: You acknowledge that “Group Buy” or “Pre-order” items are not currently in stock. They are made-to-order products that require a production lead time.
Estimated Timeline: The delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production delays, shipping delays, and quality control issues can occur. By joining a Group Buy, you agree that a delay in delivery does not entitle you to a refund if the project is still active.
Funds Collection: Funds are collected at the time of checkout to finance the manufacturing of the product.
Accuracy of Colors and Images
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Manufacturing Disclaimer: Please note that due to the nature of the materials and production methods used (e.g., PBT dye-sublimation, resin molding), slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between batches. These variations are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
